Rectify

Sometimes, during the sale process, a label might not scan correctly or a product label might have fallen off. In this case you might need to manually enter the details of the product in the Point of Sales app.

Because of the manual process, a vendor id might be entered that is incorrect and does not exist for any vendor. In the case that this happens this page will populate with a list of transactions that have invalid vendor id's and you can fix the transaction by selecting the correct vendor.
