Your Sales
As soon as an item of yours is sold at the market it will show up on these pages. You don't even need to refresh the browser!
Sales overview
The top of this page shows three numbers:
| Name | What it means |
|---|---|
| Total sales | The total value of everything you sold. |
| Payout to you | What the market will pay out to you, which is your total sales minus the market contribution. |
| Market contribution | The market's share, based on the contribution percentage your market set for you. |
Below this you can see "Items sold", with how many of each product you sold and how much it brought in. Click on a heading to sort the list.
Tulpie does not pay you, it only keeps track. Your market's organisers will pay you out, so chat to them if you have questions about when and how.
Detailed sales
This page lists each sale with the date and time it happened, and what you sold in that sale, starting with the most recent. If a customer bought items from other vendors at the same time, you will only see your own items.
Downloading your sales
Once your market is finished, a download option appears on the "Sales overview" page, on the website.

| Download CSV | Two files, one with all of your transactions and one with your sales per product. |
Something missing?
If you think a sale is missing, it may have been captured under an incorrect vendor ID, for example if a label fell off and details had to be typed in. Your market's organisers can fix this, so chat to them.
